Are you getting ready for a most memorable, inspiring weekend?

For the conference to be more professional and smooth, we have a few reminders before you arrive. There are 3 sections: Division Governors, Area Governors and Presidents, and All Attendees. 為了讓大會流程更專業,更順暢,一下有一些提醒於注意事項。

1. Registration begins at Saturday 19 Nov at 9:40 AM! 

 提醒您11/19上午9:40開始註冊
 

2. Photo policy for all Winners in Korea Room: 

We encourage all clubs and divisions to give flowers to the winners. However, due to timing control, photographs with the winners on stage will be restricted. Our official photographer will take a beautiful picture for each contestant! Large group photos can be taken in break time, and not on stage at the moment. Thank you for your cooperation.

韓國廳得獎者拍照/錄影流程:

我們鼓勵各分會,各部,為韓國廳得獎者獻花,但需控制大會時間與流程,獻花者不得於台上停留,將有大會攝影師為各位得獎者領獎照片拍下美好記憶。我們鼓勵於休息時段拍攝多人團體照,而非當下在台上。謝謝大家的配合。

 

3. Luggage:

For those traveling from other cities, we offer a space for your luggage.

You could leave your luggage at 1st Floor of Wagor Reception Table.

For safety of your property, please take good care of your personal valuable property by yourself.

提醒您貴重物品請隨身攜帶,恕不負任何保管賠償之責任。

 

4. We encourage you to bring your own water bottle to be more environmentally friendly.

我們愛地球,在秋季大會中,鼓勵您隨身攜帶自用的水壺或水瓶,謝謝您的合作。
