Dear leaders,
各位先進，大家好：
The moment I was elected District Governor 2008~2009, I felt a
heavier burden had fallen on my shoulders. It surpassed the joy of
being elected District Governor. I know that from now on I'll have
to work harder to serve our members as well as this organization.
And I want to thank you for trusting me and for your continuous
support in the past years.
當我當選下年度中華民國國際演講協會的總會長那一剎那，心中沉重的壓力大於興奮的心情。一句感謝的話不足已道盡我對大家多年來對我的支持及信任。
Your support and trust mean a lot to me. Though the new
position is a big challenge to me, I won't disappoint any of you. My
teammates and I will work very hard to meet all your expectations.
這個新職位對我來說是個很大的挑戰。在未來的一年裡，我將投入全部的時間，服務全國會員以及這個社團。我與我的新團隊會更加努力將我們的地區總會帶向新紀元以回報大家對我的支持。
