3. Roll call and certification of quorum by District Secretary Ron Chen that 29 Excom members attended.

5. Announced the theme of the year 2004-2005 “Empower and Achieve”

7. Fall Convention 2004 & Spring Convention 2005
8. Lt. G. Education & Trainning Dick Fu announce that
Division D will holding Fall Convention on Nov.13-14, 2004 at Tai-Nan, Division E will holding Spring Convention on Apr. 23-24, 2005 at Tao-Yuan.
9. Area C2 & F2 Realignment,

Lt. G. Markting Steve Tung announced Area C2 divided into Area C2 and Area C5 and Area F2 divided into Area F2 and Area F4
