Roll call and certificated the quorum by District Secretary Ron Chen, ATMB hat 25 of 35 Excom members attended.
　
Call to order by District Governor George Yen, DTM at 12:35. He welcomed all members from island wide of Taiwan.
　
Reading of the District Mission by LtGET Dick Fu, ATMS.
　
Upon the adoption of the agenda. No one objected, the new agenda was adopted.

　 We 91 clubs, 10 clubs without website, 21 clubs' website not in district's frame, 28  clubs update web's information frequently but 33 clubs are not.
　 The goal of this year for Internet are built up E Mailing group and hold the competetion of website design and maintenance continuously.
