| 1. | When you write a message
through the eGroup, please include your phone number or email if you
expect the reply. 當您經由此 eGroup 發出訊息時，假如您希望得到回覆，請記得附上您的電話或電子信箱，以便連絡。 |

| 2. | When you don't see your
message posted, it means either it's not approved or the moderator
neglected to post it. You may call and find out what's going on. 當您發現所發出的訊息並未成功時，這表示它可能並未經許可，或可能是調節員尚未處理。此時您可主動連絡調節員，以進一步了解到底怎麼回事。 |

| 3. | If you want to reply a
message to the "Sender" in person, Please open a new mail and put the
sender as the recipient. 如果您想要私下回覆訊息至原發信人時，請重開一新郵件，並將該發信人的郵寄地址放至收件人處後發件。 |

| 4. | If you want the message
to be known among the group, you can directly reply to an egroup mail.
The same, it will be up to the moderator to approve your message to be
posted. 如果您想要讓所發訊息為整個社群知道，您可以直接回覆至任一社群的郵寄地址。同樣的，該郵件仍將由調節員決定是否許可發給整個社群。 |

| 5. | Egroup
members can unsubscribe any time. And anyone can subscribe after the
approval from a moderator. But it happens we would just
welcome any subscriber without a previous check if he/she is an Excom
member or Council member. So it's important to keep the egroup
quality so that we can encourage more subscribers. 電子社群的會員隨時可以取消會員資格，任何會員於經由調節員許可後皆可加入此社群成為會員。但如果任何申請者其身分為 ExCom 或 District Council 會員，我們將不需作核對。所以，維持此電子社群的品質是很重要的，以期我們可以鼓勵更多會員加入。 Egroup members change their emails 電子信箱之加入與更新： |

| Just send a mail from your old email
address to "67_Council_07-8-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com" or "67_Excom_07-8-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com". It doesn't matter what content inside your mail. The system will just check your email address. If the old mailing address is used by other one, you may ask him/her to proceed with the same action above. 請自舊 email 位址發一信件至 "67_Council_07-8-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com" 或 "67_Excom_07-8-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com"。 信件內容不拘， 系統只會核對您的email位址。 若舊 email 目前是他人使用中， 請告知對方依上述方式處理。 |

| 6. | It is not quarantined
that your message will reach to every Excom / Council members (check the
no. 5 for reasons). It is recommended that the sender to do
