When You Are the Ah-Counter

Ah-counter's Duty Explanation

Toastmaster of the Evening, Dear Fellow Members & Most Welcome Guests
I'm pleased to be the Ah-Counter of tonight's meeting. My job is help you cure your bad habit of making“vocalized pauses”, They are sounds like“ah”
“er” and “em”or words like “well”“and”“but”“so”and“you know”...etc. These unnecessary annoying sounds and words are the so- called “Ahs”.

I'll count the number of the “Ahs” I hear you make.  At the end of the meeting, I will make a report for you. If you are a member, you will be fined NT$5 for each of your “Ahs” that I hear. The maximum fine is NT$20.

Toastmaster of the meeting!

To make the meeting more interesting, you can set your own rules and make it reasonable, funny.
