RECEPTIONIST

4. Table setting/ lighting/ air conditioning
5. Guest sign up sheet/ club card/ members' sign up sheet
6. Pens/ badges/ Program & other handouts
7. Microphones/ camera
8. Overhead projector/ Slide projector/ VCR
9. Whiteboard/ markers/ erasers
10. Banner/ ribbons/ flags
11. Ballots/ awards
12. Drinks/ refreshments/ napkins
13. Timer & Ah-counter's equipment
14. Play the role as Vote-counter
15. Greet everyone
   
TIMER
1. Review related literature
2. Check watch with the Toastmaster
3. Confirm with the Toastmaster and General Evaluator time required for each participant
4. Give the time signal in authority
5. Report (by reciting, not by reading, the rules) correctly, clearly & concisely

JOKE MASTER

4. Invite at least 5 club members
5. Give priority to those who don't have assignments and have not participated in the Joke Session

SPEAKERS
1. Review related literature
2. Prepare (as early as possible) according to the manual
3. Consult with evaluators beforehand and afterward
4. Rehearse till comfortable
5. Bring the manual to the meeting for evaluator and president to sign
6. Arrive before 615
7. Sit near the head of the table
8. Listen intently to other speakers and evaluators to show courtesy and to learn
   
EACH AND EVERY PARTICIPANT
