To qualify, at year-end (June 30) a club must have:

1.

at least 20 members or

2.

a net growth of at least five new members.

3.

Goals 9 and 10 each have two parts, and both parts must be achieved for the club to meet the goal.

4.

October-March semiannual report must be received at World Headquarters on or before 5 pm PT October 10, or its April-September  semiannual membership report must be received at World Headquarters on or before 5 pm PT April 10. For clubs electing annually to receive credit (in the upcoming year), World Headquarters must receive officer lists on or before 5 pm PT June 30.
