As Scott Berkun articulated “great public speaking comes from great private thinking”. Before we delve into the individual components of the “technical” such as body language, speechcraft essentials, use of humour, interpersonal communication know-how; it is imperative that we prime ourselves first with the right mindset strategies so that we can apply those “technicals” in the long term with enhanced efficiency, effectively and consistency.
