各位親愛的會友: It is my honor and privilege to announce our two new- born Distinguished Toastmasters in our District 67! Congratulations to Clear Chen who got this honor on 4/14 & William Lai who got this title on 5/10 respectively! Only a small percentage of our membership earns this level of recognition each year, making it truly an accomplishment to be proud of! 本人深感榮幸宣佈台灣地區總會兩位剛獲得傑出會員榮銜的會友! 恭喜陳明弘會友與賴鳳成會友分別於今年4月14日與5月10日獲得此一最高的榮銜!每一年僅有極少數比例的會員能得到此一榮譽，的確值得大家為他們感到驕傲! |

Clear Chen has been a member for 12 years. He was the President of PECL TMC and Area C4 Governor (2004-05). William Lai has been a Toastmaster for 13 years. Originally he was a member from Kaohsiung and the President of Elite TMC and Area 12 Governor, but now he is the Club President of CTSP CYUT in Taichung!
陳明弘會友加入國際演講協會已十二年，曾擔任泰興英語國際演講會會長，並在2004年至2005年間擔任當時C4區總監。賴鳳成會友加入國際演講協會已十四年，賴會友早期在高雄擔任精英英語國際演講會會長與第12分區的總監，但近幾年來他在台中，目前是中科朝陽英語國際演講會會長！ We believe both of them would continue sharing their precious experiences and knowledge of Toastmasters to our fellow members and help our members to gain the same benefits from this big family of Toastmasters as they did--- self confidence & personal growth! 我們相信這兩位傑出會員將會繼續把他們在國際演講會學到的寶貴經驗與知識向眾會友們分享，並協助大家能得到他們自國際演講協會所獲得同樣的好處---增進自信，自我成長!
