During this program participants will:

• Gain an understanding of what coaching is and how it works

• Learn how to enhance leadership skills by utilizing a coaching philosophy into leadership style

• Apply coaching skills into existing officers role to enhance leadership effectiveness to improve club’s

     performance

• Facilitate more commitment and motivation in club by learning how to maximize members’ capability and

     unlock untapped potential

• Help members manage and deal with change/challenge within the club

• Learn how to identify development objectives for club members to maximize their performance


Expected Outcomes of the Program:

At the end of this program, participants will:

• Become a more effective club leader with learnt coaching skills

• Incorporate coaching into current role and responsibilities

• Improve feedback and communication skills

• Have had fun

Trainer:
Edward Chen ACB,ALB Co-founder/Coach, People First Coaching, Ltd

With a natural and sincere concern for people, Edward is very comfortable to connect with

individuals. He respects people’s differences and helps them utilize their strengths to achieve

excellence.

He always has very strong passion on the “Personal Development" field because makingpartners and himself more successful has been a focus of his life. Based on his experiences as leadersin business and organizations, Edward has integrated “Personal Development” and “OrganizationalLeadership” with coaching to establish the “Personal Development Coaching” Model whichsupports individuals taking a journey of “Self-discovery” to “Self-actualization” as to realize theirtalent, life purpose, and vocation.

Currently, Edward is engaging in coaching, writing, and speech inboth English and Chinese to support individuals to maximize full potentials in work and life.
