Dear District Governors and Area Governors,
各位 部總監 和 區總監 大家好：
A coach, in our Toastmasters operation, is responsible to
help transforming a weak club with members less than 12 to a
strong and healthy one. Its role is crucial to a success of
a weak club. The coach will work with the club officers as
well as Area Governor and Division Governor to rebuild a
club.
在我們演講會裏「救援教練」是幫忙會員人數少於12人的分會從弱轉強的重要角色。「救援教練」和分會幹部及區總監和部總監共同努力重建分會。
Our District is going to hold a Coach
Training workshop on Saturday afternoon, December 22,
2012 in Taipei. Time and venue will be announced later.
There will be 3 workshops in north, central and south
respectively. Participants will learn how to coach, a
skill very popular in communication society, during the
training. Hope you will encourage your members to attend
when the workshop is in your area.
總會將於今年12月22日舉辦第一場「救援教練訓練」。時間和地點另行通知。一共舉辦三場，北中南各一場。您將學到如何教導，這是一門最近很夯的溝通課程。希望在您的地方舉辦訓練時，您會鼓勵您的會員多多參加。
At this time, I would like to ask you do me a favor
to give me a list of members in your area clubs who is
willing to take the role of coach to work with a weak
club in your area when needed. Members who serves as a
club coach will receive a credit of a club coach from
Toastmasters International when successfully bring a
weak club becoming a distinguish club. The credit can be
applied toward the requirement of Advanced Leader Silver
(ALS).
當下，我想請各位幫個忙，請您在您的會員中幫我找出有興趣學習和在地方分會需要時擔任「救援教練」角色的會員，把他的名單傳給我。擔任「救援教練」的會員，當他把他救援的分會帶回正軌並達到傑出分會成績時，世界總會會頒發証明書給這位會員。這個証明書可以用來做為申請進階銀牌領導員時的証明文件之一。
I am establishing a data base for coach reserves. Each
Area Governor please provide at least one coach
candidate for the list. Of course, the more the better.
Time is of the essence, I need this list in 10 days.
