親愛的領導幹部們,

Trio will be abroad for Mid-year training from Jan/10 - Jan 13th. So, the 2nd Officers' training Div J & F (Jan 12) , Div C & H (Jan 13) will be affected. For the second officers' trainings, we have to have at least one top three in your meeting.
總會長和兩位副總會長們將於一月十日啟程至北京參加年中教育訓練,十三日晚上回國.因此Div J & F, Div C & H 的第二次幹部訓練時間上有衝突,麻煩請盡快另找方便的日子,因為第二次幹部訓練需要至少有一位總會長或副總會長在場.

For the 2nd officers' training, you can design your own agenda with your favorite leadership topics & trainers. Two things have to be compulsory:
第二次幹部訓練您們可以自己設計喜愛的議程,要跟領導方面相關的題目,並邀請您們喜歡的講員.我們三位不一定要做講員,但有兩樣是必須的.

1. Club DCP review for the past months. At least 40 mins.
傑出分會的檢討和報告,至少需四十分鐘.請您們找主持人.

2. Q & A section will be conduected by trio.  To answer any questions you have. Timing: 30 mins will be o.k.
問與答的時間,由我們三位負責主持和回答.三十分鐘即可.

Our District Mid-year training will be held on Jan/27th Sunday the whole day in Taipei. Participants: all of Division Governors and Area Governors. Please mark down on your calendar. The agenda will be sent to you after we come back from Beijing.

我們總會的年中教育訓練訂在一月二十七日星期日全天,在台北舉行,請先記下日期,所有部總監和區總監都必須參加.請把時間先預留下來.議程等我們自北京返國之後才能決定,並寄給您們.
