(Club Presidents, EVP's: if you are not able to attend the meeting, please make sure to fill out the "attached proxy", and give to your Area Gov (if he/she is your club member) or a club member of your club to represent you)

District Governor Joy Tsai calls for a Special Council Meeting. The meeting notice is as below.
蔡嬌燕總會長召開會員代表大會特別會議，開會通知細節如下。

Subject : Calling for Special Council Meeting

主旨：召開會員代表大會特別會議

Topic : To discuss and resolve the "Motion to the Toastmasters District 67 Council : Amend the Realignment Plan that was previously adopted at the April 13 2014 D67 Council Meeting". The revised realignment plan (as attached) is to replace the one adopted on 4/13/2014.

主題 : 討論並決議有關提案 : 修改103年4月13日會員代表大會通過的D67組織重整計畫，由修正後組織重整計畫(如附件)代替已通過的組織重整。

Reasons of calling for this Special Council Meeting :
召開會員代表大會特別會議之原因:

1).

Explanation mail is obtained from TI regarding Club counts in each Area/Div after 4/13/2014
4/13/2014之後由美國總會獲得各分區內分會數目之解釋函件
　

2).

In order to get more effective club business operation, revised realignment plan is made based on TI’s explanation mail.
為有效運作北部各分部之分會會務，依解釋函件重新調整修正北部組織重整計畫
　

3).

Incumbent Division Governors of A, C, G, H, and incoming Division Governors of A, C, G, H, M all agreed upon this new realignment proposal in writing.
該修正組織重整計畫內容已獲得現任A,C,G,H部總監及將接任A,C,G,H,M 部總監書面同意

Special Notice :
特殊注意事項:

1).

Because the meeting has a required "quorum" (for Council meeting : 1/3 of President + EVP + proxies), you are required to attend the meeting as possible to make the meeting voting result valid.
因為會員代表大會有"最低法定人數"之規定 (會員代表大會之法定人數為 : 各分會代表人數總和之1/3；即所有分會會長+教育副會長+委託書 > 全部各分會代表人數 x 1/3)，請大家盡量配合撥冗出席，使本會議的投票決議具合法性。
　

2).

Re : Number of votes required to pass the proposal : Majority of the votes cast, not including blank ballots, or those who abstain.
提案通過方式 : 多數決 -- 會議現場投票數(不含空白票與廢票)之一半以上
