How are you doing
with your Club
visits? As a
reminder, Area
Governors need to
make club visits at
least twice a year,
and during the visit
there are several
items you need to
pay attention to.
After the club
visits, please don't
forget to make the
on-line Club Visit
report. The 1st
round club visit
report is due on
Nov. 30.
You can check the
website for further
understanding ( http://www.toastmasters.org/Members/OfficerResources/AreaClubVisits.aspx ).
To make the report
or not will make a
difference on your
Area Success Plan
and Award.

提醒您，區總監需要做分會訪視，至少每年兩次，在拜訪分會時您有一些必須注意的事項。
在拜訪分會後，請別忘了要上網申報"區總監分會訪視報告"。第一次的報告須於11/30前申報。您可參考美國總會網頁(英文版)

You can also utilize
the two attachments
to understand the
content of the club
visit report before
hand so that you can
gather the info
during your club
visit, then you can
make the report
easily. One
attachment is a
PDF file
which is from TI
website, and the
other is an
Excel file
with Chinese
translated by me.
The two files have
the same content,
you can use either
of them.
As of the
on-line report
procedure,
please log in
with your member
ID and password
on TI Website (
www.toastmasters.org
), after log in,
click "District
Central" on left
hand side, then
enter "District
67", then choose
"Submit Area
Governor's Club
Visit Report".
Please note you
need to key in
the Club's ID
No.
至於上網申報的程序: 先用您個人的帳號與密碼登入美國總會網站
(
www.toastmasters.org ),登入後，點選左邊的"District
Central"，進入後，選
"District
67"，進入後選" Submit
Area Governor's

Report"
就可進入填寫報告。注意您必須輸入該分會的分會編號。
