　 分會人數淨成長得獎名單公布暨獎金申請方式

各位領導者，您好，
　
Thanks for the great effort all of you devoted into District/Division/Area/ Club operation in the last 6 months.  Please keep up the great job and continue your marvelous service.
感激您在過去六個月對演講會總會、分部、分區和分會運作的貢獻，期待您再接再厲，並持續服務。
　
Congratulations to below 28 clubs which get "membership net growth award" (4 or more members) for our first stage (July 1, 2014 - Dec. 31, 2014).  One thing to remark is that due to the unexpected shut down of TI website from Dec. 20-31, some clubs have problems reporting new members during that period, we (District 67) decided to postpone the calculation of end date from Dec. 31, 2014 to Jan. 5, 2015.  
Remark :  The starting date for the 2nd round of "member net growth" award is changed to Jan. 5, 2015 accordingly.
恭喜以下28個分會獲得"分會人數淨成長"第一階段的獎項。因為12月底美國總會網站有大約10天的關閉，導致某些分會無法呈報新會員，台灣總會特別將原先的截止計算日由12/31/2014 延至1/5/2015。
註 : 第二階段的淨成長人數起算日也改為:  1/5/2015。
　
Below is a reminder of how to apply for the award.
以下為如何申請獎金的提示。
　
Award for each club : NT$2,000 (80% for awarded club, 20% for Division Governor administration fee)
各分會得獎的獎金:  NT$2,000  (80%歸得獎分會， 20%是部總監行政費)
Award Application Method : 申請方式
1. Club to provide administration fee receipts (venue rental, meeting tools, stationery, document copying fee, etc.  NOT food/drinks or refreshment) to Division Governor
    得獎分會提供行政收據給部總監 (行政費用含: 場地租金、會議用品、文具、文具影印費等，不含 : 餐飲、茶點)
2. Division Governor to make the application.  Pls download the form from D67 website.
     
    部總監以上述收據向總會申請，申請表格請由總會網站下載  
     
3. After Division Governor gets the payment of the award NT$2000, please give NT$1600 to the club, and keep NT$400 for Division administration fee.
    部總監收到獎金NT$2000款項後，請給得獎分會NT$1600，餘額 NT$400留作分部的行政費用
4.  Application deadline : The applications of the awards shall be submitted by Division Governor within 30 days of the announcement of winning clubs ( i.e. before Feb. 12, 2015 ).
      申請期限 : 於總會公告得獎分會後，請各部總監於30天內提出申請 (即: 2/12/2015 前)
