Dear Members: 各位親愛的會員： It is my honor to announce that Douglas Huang, DTM has achieved his distinguished Toastmaster title on July 7, 2015. Douglas joined Toastmasters in 1991 with Prestige Toastmasters Club then he moved out of Taiwan to Finland and joined the Toastmasters D59. |

He moved back to Taiwan in 2012 and started the Toastmasters life in D67. He showed his leadership skills when he and Lester Lin chartered TGIF bilingual TMC and also served as the president. Amazing that for the first year of TGIF they not only won the president distinguished but also a perfect 10 score. We believe DTM Douglas will continue to share with us his excellent communication and leadership skills with our young members to help them to become an excellent members with confidence and improving their personal growth.
