My dear Presidents and members, Time flies. The 8/22(Monday) is our 100th regular meeting. It's also the last meeting of this summer and before the back-to-school of September. We, NCBTC would like to extend our open-arms to you, distinguished guests and members. Master of meeting. Our IPP, Indiana Jones, champion of the national Mandarin contest in 2004 and also president of a debate team in college, will be the Mr. Toastmaster of the evening. With his wit, articulation and charisma, I am sure he will skillfuly humoursly run our meeting and lead us to the upbeat, exciting, and warm atmosphere. In addition, our meeting is featuring of "Impromptu interpretation" and "Talk with champion", Solomon Chen of Wheelers, who is the champion of the 2005 national English speech contest at spring convention of Chungli. He is going to share with us his magic on how to prepare and win the championship in public speaking. You can't afford to miss it. To better celebrate our 100th regular meeting and say "Good bye" to summer. Let's put aside our ties, suits, dress shoes, Rolex watches, necklaces and diamonds for a moment. And try to imagine coming to our meeting is like visiting an exotic tropical island, where you will see us wearing bikinis, caps, sunglasses, head scarf. T shirts, short pants, sandals, running shoes, just name a few. Hopefully you all will get tanned by stars and wet by dews. You are all invited. The more, the merrier. We want to make sure you all have a good time with us. Guests and all Toastmasters in greater Taichung are all welcome to participate in this great event. You are also encouraged to wear something light, colorful, bright, and eye-catching. Try to stretch your creativity and imagination as far as you can. We love to see you relaxed, be yourselves and enjoy the great sense of being liberated. Remember, dress code is casual. Everything goes. Art is long, life is short. Let's have fun together while learning by doing. You are assured to get the best of both worlds.
