各位領導幹部們大家新年好：

Time flies, there are still 4 more months to go for our officer tenure.
時間過的好快！我們還有四個多月可以在目前所就任的職務上服務會友。

In the won-won lucky year:
在這個新的旺旺年裡，

Have our goals achieved ?
您是否已達到當初所設定的目標了呢？

Have our successors found ?
將要接班的領導幹部是否已找好了呢？

"Leaders are not born, but been developed and encouraged"
"領袖不是與生俱來的，而是經由培養和鼓勵而成就的" 

Being a leader we should always wear members' shoes.
一位領導人也必須常常站在會友的角度來看待事情及處理事情

What's their needs and wants ?
會友們的需求為何？是否能符合他們的需求？

What the setbacks may exisit? find that and slove them in advance before we hand over our duties to our successors.
在交棒之前，任何可能的障礙是否能預見到，並事先幫忙處理解決？

Let's create more stages and pave all the right tracks for our upcoming distinguished leaders.
讓我們一起為將繼任的領導幹部創造更多的舞台，並為他/她們鋪好最正確無憂的康莊大道 。

1. Have your DCP goals achieved, CTM, ATM, CL... etc., please report to WHQ accordingly.
    貴會的 DCP 是否已達到目標？ CTM、ATM 和 CL是否已上報到世界總會？

2. The semi-annual fee is required to submit to WHQs by Mar., please do keep the date in mind.
    半年費將在下個月三月份繳交，是否貴會已快收齊了呢？

3. The spring convention will be held on April 22 and April 23 at the beautiful Taichung Hsian Yuan.  be sure to
    mark up your calendar and register as the early birds.  
    春季大會將在四月 22 - 23 日在風光明媚的台中翔園隆重舉行，也請貴會趕快向 B 部報名！
