Dear President Liu,

Please excuse me for this belated response to you. First, I sincerely appreciate your heartfelt words for us in Kyoto.

On behalf of Kyoto Toastmasters Club in Kyoto, Japan it's my great pleasure to inform you that we have officially decided to have the relationship with your Toastmasters club. Your club is our first sister Toastmasters club. We, Kyoto club members, are very much honored to have a sister relationship with one of the most prestige Toastmasters clubs in District 67, Taiwan.

Our club has a five-year history but has been growing year by year as one of the leading Toastmasters clubs in District 76, Japan with many enthusiastic and capable Toastmasters.

I hope we'll have some occasion to have a kind of ceremony somewhere in Taipei, Taiwan or Kyoto, Japan. Let's keep in touch for future joint-events.

I look forward to enjoying Toastmastering together.

Very truly yours,
Masahiko Inatsugi, DTM
Former District Governor 2003 - 4
