親愛的國際演講會的好朋友和領導幹部們大家好： 

Firstly, I have to appreciate your always providing Toastmasters members and clubs guidances and services island-wide.
首先，謹代表台灣地區總會感謝大家對演講會會務及對會員所提供的教導及協助，

Secondly, all the leaders, from club officers, Area/ Div. governors and district officers, are doing very well in your own tasks.
並感謝各位領導幹部的盡力並用心經營世界總會所交辦的份內任務，

Thirdly, our past district governor George Yen, DTM will run for the Toastmasters International Director, 2006-2008.
今年我們的前總會長 顏瑛宗 將競選 2006-2008 世界總會理事

Fourthly, our speech champion Wheelers Club member, Frankie Wu will compete with the world top-notch speakers on Aug.22
還有我們來自台中飛輪演講會的吳紀澤會友，將代表台灣地區總會參加在 8 月 22 日所舉辦的洲際盃英語演講比賽，

And D67 will have a 16 cheerleader delegates to help the campaigns and join the TI Annual Convention at Washington D.C. from this weekend.
我們台灣地區將有十六位會友，將參加從本週末開始連續一週在美國華府所舉行的一系列世界年會活動，

The 16 delegates are - George Yen, Jorie Wu, Charles Chan, Kenneth Wang, Harry Fong, Lydia Lin, James Lin, Frankie Wu, Solomon Chen, Vence Wen, Hubert Yu, Agnes Chang, Edward Chen, Marian hsiao, Jack Tsai and Steve Tung.

我們中華民國國旗將會在大會活動中很驕傲的飄揚在全世界九十多個國家的旗海當中，

1. D67 has consecutive 6 years won the Distinguished District above and D67 was ranked No. 14, in year 2005-2006.
   我們去年榮獲世界第十四名的傑出地區總會榮銜，我們 67 區已連續六年贏得傑出地區總會以上的榮銜，

2. D67 is one of the top three districts of the 20+ membership awards recipients, in year 2005-2006.
    我們將獲頒世界前三名的平均分會會員超過二十位的特別獎
