Please send the proxy to"  No. 205, Sihu ST, Yingge Township, Taipei county 239" or you might pass the proxy on LGET- Marian Hsiao , LGM- James Lin or the former DG Grace Shin , while attending the new CL workshop held on July 28, 29 & August 4 respectively.
