 Happy New Year, Congratulations, Appreciation and expectation
　 　

Dear All Leaders,
各位領導先進：

Happy New Year！Wishing every one have a fruitful Toastmasters year.
 恭祝新年快樂並祝各位有一個豐裕收獲的演講會年度！                           

Time flies, 6 moths has gone away. Now, it is time for us to review the achievement in the the past 6 months and to expect or plan our goal in the next 6 months.
 光隂似箭、六個月已過去了。在正是我們檢討過去及計劃未來六個月的時候了。
　
1.

Congratulation and appreciation to all of you for your support and dedication to Toastmasters and District-67. Up to now, total 12 New Clubs was formal chartered or submitted their application forms to WHQ already.
 恭喜並感激各位的支持及對國際演講會的熱心，以致到目前為止我們能創立十二個新會。

There are: Taichung Elite Advanced TC, TKUTC, ACTSTC, Distinguished Bilingual TC,(On website) Medical Group TC, Taichung Advanced TC, Nan-kai TC, Yuan-Lin TC , KMUSTC, Kaohsiung Advanced TC, Nan-Tou Mentor bilingual TC (Chinese & Taiwanese) and Wu-Fong Top Bilingual TC (Chinese & Taiwanese).
 這些分會包括：台中菁英進階演講會，淡江大學，中壢華普演講會，台中傑仕英中雙語會，(以上網路已登録)，豐原的杏林英語演講會，台中進階演講會，南開大學演講會，員林英語演講會，高醫大學生演講會，高雄進階英語演講會，南投良友國台雙語會，及霚峰頂尖國台雙語會(以上八分會已呈報)。

There are 8 new clubs in Central Taiwan, 2 are Non-English Clubs.
以上共有八個分會在中部地區成立，其中有二個非英語分會。

For the WHQ’s annual inventory process, only 4 new clubs were put on the website, 8 others will be put on the website until January 7, 2008. (as the following information)
 總會每年歲末盤點關係，只有四分會被公佈於總會網站，其他八個新分會將在元月七日後被創會。

For this reason, the deadline for special reward for new club chartering will be postponed to January 15, 2008.
 因此因素我們的獎勵辦法之截止日期將順延到元月十五日止。
　
2. For the next 6 months, we expect to build more new clubs in this District:
我們期待末來的半年能創立更多新會：
　 a. Corporal type        公司型
　 b. Advanced type     進階型
　 c. Community type  社區型
　 d. Campus type        校園型
　 　 　
3. For recruit more new members in D-67, DG Jack Tsai suggested to have a membership building contest before April 20 2008. (1week Before Spring convention).
為加強招募更多的新會員，總會長Jack建議舉辦會員招募競賽，截止日期為四月二十日前。
　 a. Top 3 Clubs (# 1-3) will be reward with a valued NT 4000.00’s prize.(For club)
前三名(#1-3)分會有價值NT 4000.00之獎品
　 b. 2nd 3 top 3 clubs (#4-6) will be reward with a valued NT 3000.00’s prize.(For club)
中前三名(#4-6) 分會有價值NT 3000.00之獎品
　 c. 3rd top 3 clubs (#7-9) will be reward with a valued NT 2000.00’s prize. (For club)
後前三名(#7-9) 分會有價值NT 2000.00之獎品
　 　 　
Note: New member must over 9 and may not include re-instated or rescue Club with massive recruiting.)

Submissions received by Friday, December 15, 2007 11:59 p.m. PT, will be processed and shipped. Any items received after this date will be held and processed after January 7, 2008.
如在 2007年 12 月 15 日星期五晚上 11:59 前(美國太平洋時間)申請，則將接受辦理，否則須待 2008 年 1 月 7 日後恢復受理。
