演講馬拉松會議辦法

Dear Leaders,
各位領導先進:

It is a busy speech contest season right now. Hoping you have a smooth and happy assignment for these contests events.
正值演講比賽之季節，希望各位對比賽節目的籌劃職務都能順利及愉快地達成。

After deep investigation of District’s educational achievement and the soon coming District education achievement contest (1 week before spring convention), we find that we might meet a critical situation—severe shortage of education achievement awards.(CC: 81 to goal 227, CL: 32 to goal 133)
經過深入探討本地區總會的教育成就的達成，以及即將到來的總會敎育成就競賽(今年春季大會前一週截止)，我們發現我們將面臨嚴重敎育成就認證數目短缺的困境。（目前為: CC 81對目標 227及 CL:32對目標133）

For facing this critical situation, we have a resolution:
為面臨這個困境，我們有下列的解決方案:
　

Ask District ET Committee members to pay attention to the increasing of education awards.
請總會的教育訓練委員會各區主席加強宣導。
　

Suggest Areas or Divisions to hold several speech marathon meetings to increase the number of CC and AC.
建議由地區或部主辦幾場馬拉松演講會議以增加演講次數而達成 CC及 AC數目。
　

The key points for this special marathon meeting:
以下為特別馬拉松演講會議的重點:
　

At Area or Division level and no limitation of meeting time. (An Area can hold 2 or more times.)
以區及部為宜，且不限會議次數(即一個區可先後舉辦幾次。)
　

Each marathon meeting should be over 16 members and only for C-6, A-16 or A-26 or above.
每場會議至少要有 16人參加並且其演講數為 C6，A16或 A26以上者。
　

Deadline—by June 15, 2009.
截止日期:  今年六月十五日前。
　

District will subsidize each meeting NT$2000.00 (with agenda and name list with speech level). 
Mail agenda and receipts (NT$2000.00 without food included) to LGET and send a copy to DG.
總會將補助每次合條件之演講馬拉松演講會NT 2000元。(請附議程及演講人之演講次數。)
請將議程表及不含飲食之收據寄給 LGET並附本給 DG。
　

The rewarding recognition method for 2009-2009 District education achievement contests is still valid. (Total number of CC, AC, CL & AL before Spring Convention).
總會教育成就獎競賽仍舊有效, 即 Club achievement of CC+ AC Contest: The top
　

clubs with higher total number of  AC+CC, will be recognized with NT 2000 valued reward.
分會CC+AC+CL+AL 總得獎數競賽: 總數最多的前七個分會，獲價值NT 2000元奬品。
