As  a DG elect for 2009-2010, I have responsibility to arrange a successful District officer training and Installation ceremony. A successful transition activity, of course, needs your support. I sincerely invite all of you to join us in this great event. I appreciate you very much for your support for our new District officer team. With your blessing, I believe we will create another honorable year.
身為 2009-2010年 的總會長當選人，我有責任籌辦一很成功的總會幹部訓練及交接典禮。當然要有成功的承接活動一定要有你們的支持指導的。因此，我要以最誠懇的心邀請各位蒞臨這個盛會。相信有您們祝福勉勵，我們的新團隊將再創造一個榮盛的一年。 

The attached files will let you know more about the program and related activities. These files include invitation letter, training meeting agenda and the registration form. I expect those information will attract your heart to support us.
附件的資料將讓你們更了解這次的節目及活動內容，希望這些資料更能吸引的心來參加支持我。這些資料包括籌備會的邀請函，訓練會的議程表及報名表等。

I'll ask current Area Governors to help me to collect the registration form and attending fee for they are more familiar with their members. Also I like to ask you inviting more members in your Area to attend our event. I appreciate you for your kindly support. You may ask your new Area Governor giving you a big hand.
因為現任區總監比較熟悉區內會員的動態，因此我要懇請他們幫忙邀請更多的會友參加，並請幫忙作報名表的登記作業並收取參加費用。感恩了!你也可以請將接任的新總監一超幫忙的。
