I’m pleased to announce that we got 2 new DTMs in our District since this new term, July 01, 2009. The first one is Joy Tsai, our IP Area I-3 Governor. She got the 46^th DTM in D-67 on July o1. Her mother club is NCBTC and also dual member of many clubs in Taichung. She chartered a new club—Taichung Tech TC on March 09, 2009.

我很高興地宣佈：總會自七月一日以後又增加了二位傑出會員榮銜。第一位是前Ⅰ-3區總監蔡嬌燕會友，她在七月一日獲得本地區總會第46位傑出會員獎。她的母會是台中新世紀雙語演講會，並為許多台中地區分會的雙重會員。今年三月九日她創立了台中技術學院演講會。
　

Another DTM is Eric Liang, IP Division D Governor. He got the 47^th DTM in D-67 on July 04, 2009. His mother club is Ping-Tung TC and dual member of many clubs in Southern Taiwan. He was the chairman for 2009 Spring convention and obtained many cheers for his wonderful performance.

另一位傑出會員獎是由前D部總監梁守誠 會友在七月四日獲得。他是本總會的第47位得主。他的母會為屏東英語演講會，並為南部其他分會的雙重會員。去年他主辦春季大會，成果輝煌，深獲佳評。
