| Dear leaders, 親愛的總會及分會幹部大家好! Happy New Year of Tiger to all of you! 先跟各位拜個晚年。祝虎年行大運，萬事如意! It's my honor to be nominated as the Nominating Committe Chairperson by District Governor James Lin, of District 67 Office 2010~2011 Election. 我很榮幸被林義雄總會長任命為台灣地區2010~2011年總會幹部選舉提名委員會主席。 District 67 Officer election will be hled at Spring conference on April 18，2010 at Shinkansen Grand Hotel in Taichung. We will elect the following district officers: District Governor; Lt, Governor Education and Training; Lt. Governor Marketing; and division Governors. 而總會幹部選舉將於今年四月18日早上在台中新幹線花園酒店舉行的春季大會中，選出下任地區總會幹部。將選出總會長、教育副總會長、推廣副總會長、及十位分部總監。(如果會員代表大會通過新的重整方案，屆時會選出更多分部總監。) I'm very happy to learn from DG that 10 incumbent division governors are nominating committee members. We'll work together to find out outstanding future leaders for district 67. 很高興得知現任十位分部總監是提名委員會委員(請參考總會長所寄來的總會提名委員會名單。依規定提名委員會委員不得競選下一屆總會幹部職務，也不能是去年提名委員會的成員)。有他們的幫忙，如魚得水， 相信可以為總會提出未來最優秀的總會幹部人選。 Attached are 5 documents for your reference. 隨函附上五個檔案:  1.

The deadline for submitting forms (including district nominating form and district officer agreement and release form) is March 25, 2010. Please send them to me by snail mail.
