I am pleased to announce that the 10th new club of this term, Vitality Toastmasters Club (Club No. 1474881) was successfully chartered on April 12, 2010. We warmly welcome the clubs and their members to join us!
我很高興地宣佈：本年度的第十個新分會—活力國際演講會（會籍號碼 1474881）已經於四月十二日正式成立。我們熱忱歡迎他們加入我們的行列。

Vitality Toastmasters Club is the first club organized spontaneously by the staff of Health Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government. What’s more exciting is that Vitality Toastmasters Club is the one and only club in District 67 to have the International President Elect Ms. Pat Johnson presenting the Charter Certificate. What an honor and privilege and what a blessing!
活力國際演講會是第一個由高雄市政府衛生局員工自發性組成的分會。令人感到更雀躍的是，活力國際演講會是 67區唯一由世界總會長當選人派特強生女士授證的分會。這是多麼難得又幸福的殊榮啊！
