Dear Leaders and members, 各位領導及會員先進：
I’m pleased to announce that Jim Chiu got his DTM award on June 25, 2010. He is the 57th DTM in D-67 and 12th DTM in this term. The mother club of DTM Chiu is Beast TC in Taichung City. He is member for many clubs in Taichung area too. He is now Division I Governor (2009-2010) and under his leadership, Division I will get “President Distinguished Division” Award. He help to charted several new Clubs in Taichung Area and assisted to host a successful District Spring Conferences in Taichung this year. He has a great contribution to District |

我很高興地宣佈：邱垂珍會友已在今年六月二十六日獲得本年度第12位也是本地區總會第57位傑出會員榮銜。他的母會是台中市博思英語演講分會，目前也是中部許多分會的雙重會員。 他也是現任2009-2010年I部總監，並在他的卓越勤奮的領導下，I部將榮獲年度“總會長傑出部”獎。他曾在中部地區創立幾個分會，並成功協助主辦地區總會今年在台中市擧行的春季大會，對地區總會貢獻良多。
His great performance of leadership and communication are excellent and richly deserved to be awarded as DTM of Toastmasters. I expect that his achievement will encourage members to follow. We expect that he can continuously devote to Toastmasters and make more contribution to D-67. 他過去在領導及溝通能力的表示非常出色，因此，獲得最高的榮譽確是受之無愧。期待他的得獎，將成為很多會員的表率。我們盼望他能繼續以奉獻及服務的精神，嘉恵D-67地區總會。
