Dear Leaders and members, I’m pleased to announce that Freda Chiang got her DTM award on June27, 2010. She is the 58th DTM in D-67 and 13th DTM in this term. The mother club of DTM Chiang is Spark TMC in Taipei City. She led Spark club as President during 2002-2003 and helped expand Spark Club into 2 clubs. She also sponsored Yang-Ming Univ. TMC in 2004. She served as Area G-3 Governor during 2008-2009 and under her leadership, this Area got “President Distinguished Area” Award. Now, she is one of the most active and dedicated Toastmasters in Taipei area. |

我很高興地宣佈：江惠蓮會友已在今年六月二十七日獲得本年度第13位也是本地區總會第58位傑出會員榮銜。他的母會是石牌英語演講分會，並在2002到2003年擔任會長，並促使石牌分會同年內分成二個分會，即石牌及閃亮石牌更分會。此外，她也幫助創立陽明大學分會。她並在2008-2009擔任G-3區總監，並在她的卓越勤奮的領導下，G-3榮獲年度”總會長傑出區”獎。目前，她是北台灣最活躍及熱心的會員之一，對地區總會貢獻良多。 Her great performance of leadership and communication are excellent and richly deserved to be awarded as DTM of Toastmasters. I expect that her achievement will encourage members to follow. We expect that she can continuously devote to Toastmasters and make more contribution to D-67. 她過去在領導及溝通能力的表示非常出色，因此，獲得最高的榮譽確是受之無愧。期待她的得獎，將成為很多會員的表率。我們盼望他能繼續以奉獻及服務的精神，嘉恵D-67地區總會。
