Dear Leaders: 各位領導夥伴: Be sure to help pass this mail to all the new club presidents: 請務必將此函轉發至每位新任分會會長: First: Please send new club officer list to TMI through assigned club webpage by 6/30! For those new clubs whose presidents have not received club code number, please send e-mail to WHQ at clubofficers@toastmasters.org asking resending your club code! 第一，請於六月三十日前將新任分會幹部名單經由各分會網頁呈報世界總會!新成立分會的會長倘若未收到分會密碼，請寄電郵至clubofficers@toastmasters.org 申請世界總會再寄一次密碼! Second: So far, only 65 clubs have completed the Proxy assigned process. Please have the outgoing club presidents continue working on this ASAP if this has not been done! 第二，目前為止，僅有六十五個分會完成委託書委託程序，請即將卸任尚未完成此程序的分會會長儘速完成! Third: Each Division Governor please collect all the club top three ( President, EVP and MVP) contact information through the assistance of each Area Governor including the photo of club president, president's email address and cell-phone number, e-mail address of EVP & MVP to District Webmaster Robert Chou, and District Secretary Tony Lee by 7/3 for posting it on our District Website and set up our council e-group! 第三，請每位部總監由區總監協助收集各分會會長、教育副會長與會員副會長的聯絡資訊，包括分會會長的相片、電郵地址與手機號碼及教育副會長與會員副會長的電郵地址，於七月三日前送交總會網路長周鈞豪與總會秘書長李德祥，好將以上資料公佈在總會網站並建立總會聯絡網群!
