Dear Leaders and members, 各位領導夥伴與會員先進們： I’m so happy to announce that Dr. L. J. Lamb got his 3rd DTM award on July 13, 2010. 本人非常高興宣佈L. J. Lamb 博士已在七月十三日獲得第三個傑出會員榮銜! He is No. 59th DTM in District 67 and the first DTM in our new officer term. This is a remarkable achievement in our District! Dr. Lamb is a member of many clubs including Prestige, Premium, BID, World Mosaic, Taipei Phoenix and MOFA. He is incumbent Area G3 Governor and Club Extension Chair of the District! |

Over the years, he has made great contributions to our district. He helped charter many clubs and came to rescue some weak clubs. He was District’s English evaluation champion in 2005 and has been a superb trainer. He took many leadership roles in Toastmasters as club president, area governor and division governor as well as Northern Training Chair and Marketing Chair! 他是台灣地區總會第五十九位傑出會員也是新年度的第一個!這是一個了不起的成就! L. J. Lamb 博士是許多分會的會員，包括名士、名嘉、奔馳、錦繡世界、台北鳳凰與外交部，現任G3區總監也是總會的分會拓展主席。這些年來，他對我們台灣地區總會有極大的貢獻! L. J. Lamb 博士協助創立了許多分 會，同時也救援了一些弱會；他是總會2005年英語講評冠軍也是卓越的訓練講師！L. J. Lamb 博士也曾在我們總會擔任過許多領導職，包括：分會會長、區總監與部總監，也曾擔任北區教育訓練及推廣主席! Dr. Lamb is our role model! We hope and believe will keep his strong passion and persistence to continue making even greater contributions to this Toastmasters big family that he loves so dearly as he did in the past!
