2011年春季大會重要提醒事項

 

【交通方式Transportation
建議搭乘大眾交通工具抵達,若有停車需求,建議就近使用中油大樓地下停車場
(每小時30)
We suggest to you to take the mass transportation system. If you want to park your car, the underground parking lot of China Petroleum Company building is recommended (NT$30/hr).

請各位會友盡可能於上述的報到時間報到註冊。若您因為某些問題而無法在上述的時間內完成報到,則可抵達現場後,請現場的工作人員或公關大使協助完成報到手續。
Please be in time for the registration. If you cannot be in time for registration, please ask one of the conference ambassadors for assistance. 

報到方式以分會為單位,由各分會先抵達者統一領取簽收,之後抵達的夥伴再向該名會友領取即可。報到時,請特別點收大會手冊,紀念品,晚宴票券,識別證的數量是否正確
Registration is based on individual clubs. The club’s first attendee would sign in as representative for the club and would receive the whole club’s package. The club’s representative must check the exact amount of package tickets, dinner party tickets, name badges, handbooks, and souvenirs 

會場將開放行李寄放服務,將由大會公關大使於以下指定時段:11:30-12:3017:30-18:30

開放五樓會議室提供寄放。如有需求,請於指定時段前往。(注意:本服務僅提供行李寄放場所,無法負保管責任,貴重物品仍請隨身妥善保管)
There will be a service of offering places for the participants to keep their baggage or belongings.  Within the two given time, 11:30-12:30 and 17:30-18:30, Conference ambassadors will open the conference room on the 5th floor for putting baggage. Those who have necessities, please request within the given time. (Attention: This service only provides place for keeping baggage. We don’t have the duty to keep an eye on your baggage. So, if you have precious belongings, please take it with you.) 

【識別證與晚宴票券Name badges and Ticket
本次大會識別證分成三種顏色
: 藍色,黃色與紅色。藍色為兩日套票。黃色為第一日的通行證。紅色則為第二日的通行證。另外,晚宴則另有設計晚宴票券,請記得於晚宴進場時出示。
This conference has 3 different color name badges: blue badge is for the 2-day program, yellow badge is for the first-day only program, and red badge is for the second-day only program. In addition, there is a dinner party ticket; please show your ticket to be admitted to the dinner party.
 

請隨時佩帶您的識別證,以資識別您的入場資格
Please wear your name badge all the time. Identification will be by your name badges. 

演講比賽參賽者可攜帶一名親友免費入場,第二位以上酌收200(無大會手冊)300(有大會手冊)。參賽者親友仍須於現場報到。
Each speech contestant can invite one relative/ friend to the contest room free of charge. Yet, from the second relative/friend and above, each will be charged NT$200 without Conference manual or NT$300 with Conference manual. The relative/ friend of Contestant will need to register on-site. 

【開幕式 Opening Ceremony
本次大會有開幕典禮,請各分會會長、各部總監記得攜帶會旗。於開幕期間攜帶會旗進場者,請於
423日中午12:201F大廳集合,現場將有公關大使舉牌協助。敬請配合,以利活動進行。
Club presidents and division governors; please remember to bring your club or division banner for the Opening Ceremony. Please gather at 1st Fl. Lobby at 12:20 on April 23. The conference ambassadors holding signs there will assist you.
 

另外,總會將為各Area區備有驚喜,請各分區總監盡可能到場或指派代表參加。
Besides, our District has prepared an eye-opening surprise for Areas. All the Area Governors are expected to attend or appoint someone esle to attend.

【餐飲Food & drinks
國光廳內部嚴禁飲食,敬請配合。

Food & drinks are strictly prohibited inside Kuo-Kuang Conference Hall. Please abide by this regulation without fail.
 

本次大會將提供茶水,請各會友盡量自備杯具,共同為環保盡一份心力。
This conference will provide water and tea; you are encouraged to bring your cup for environmental protection. 

【晚會 Evening show
今年晚會內容精彩可期,您千萬不可錯過。由於部分活動內容將以中文為主,僅能提供有限英語說明,建議會友們主動與外籍會友相伴入場,協助外籍會友融入晚會節目。

The evening show of 2011 Spring Conference is very interesting and worthy of watching, so don’t miss it. Due to part of the programs will be performed in Chinese, there is only very limited English explanation. We suggest that members can be active to accompany those who are foreigners into the Hall and try to assist them to enjoy the program.
 

晚會最後將有社交舞與動感舞蹈時間,熱愛舞蹈的會友請踴躍上台把握展現舞藝良機,您的曼妙身影將透過專業攝影留下永恆回憶。(大會主題背景布幕以水藍色為主體)
After the evening show, there will be a dancing session, if you like to dance, please take this opportunity to show your dancing skills. Your beautiful dancing will be saved forever by the Spring Conference professional cameraman. (The theme of 2011 Spring Conference is mainly water blue.)

【會場諮詢Information
大會工作人員將統一佩戴黃色總會臂章,如有任何問題,請向工作人員或公關大使詢問。今年首創總會商品刊物及大會紀念品販售櫃檯,數量有限,如有需求請及早於會場參觀選購。

All the volunteers of Spring Conference will be wearing a yellow arm band. If you need any help, please inquire and ask for help from them. There is a new service in 2011 Spring Conference.  That is, to sell TI manuals and Conference souvenirs. Because the quantity is not too much, please purchase as early as possible before they are sold out. 
 

DVD訂購】
本年度大會攝影將由具備電視臺專業攝影經驗之姬氏音響承接錄影、剪輯、後製等工作。全程影片預計將包含
7DVD,專業掌鏡技術搭配Dolby音效,整組售價最高不超過NT$450元。另可能可提供單獨晚會部份DVD之訂購,我們正努力與廠商洽談中。
The video recording of 2011 Spring Conference will be taken by Jees Audio System & Stage Lighting which is a professional video recorder as good as those in TV Stations. They will do the work of recording, editing and manufacturing. The videos will consist of 7 DVDs. We can have both professional video recording techniques and special Dolby sound effects this time. The price of each kit will be less than NT$450. We also probably provide DVD in which there is only the evening show program. We are trying to negotiate with the manufacturer so far.
 

為能更有效壓低製作成本與提高品質,將請各位會友於5/30前收集訂單後統一製作訂購。訂購單請洽大會官網或於現場櫃檯索取登記。
In order to reduce the cost of the DVD and increase its quality, we sincerely hope that the members can order before May 30th. If you want to get the order form, please log on the 2011 Spring Conference official website or request at the front desk in the Conference.

423日晚上6:501F大廳集合,現場將有公關大使舉牌協助。
For the dinner party, if you are on the red carpet list, please gather at the 1st Fl. Lobby at 18:50 on April 23. The conference ambassadors holding signs there will assist you.
