各位部總監，您好: 

This is Jennifer from Pingtung Toastmasters Club. We will be your host club for Dinner Party in the Fall Conference in Tainan.
我是屏東演講會的會長, Jennifer。我們是這次台南秋季大會晚宴的主辦人。 

For the Party, we have arranged a singing contest for members. It is my honor to ask you to nominate a team or a contestant from your division to participate this contest. Due to limited program time, there will be only 8 teams or contestants allowed. Therefore, we will take the enrollment on the first-come-first-serve basis. 這次的晚宴，我們將在節目中安排歌唱比賽----「我的歌喉讚」。這是我的榮幸，邀請您從您的區裡，提名一個團隊或選手參加本次比賽。由於節目時間有限，只允許有8個團隊或選手參賽。因此，我們將以報名的先後順序來決定8名參賽者。

The prize for the contest is as follows:
        1^st place: NT$1,500
        2^nd place: NT$1,000
        3^rd place: NT$800
        Other participants: NT$300 each team or contestant

比賽的獎品如下：
第一名： 新台幣1,500元
第二名： 新台幣1,000元
第三名： 新台幣800元
其他參賽者：每隊或每位選手新台幣300元 

Please submit your contestant information as soon as possible(各區的參賽者皆由區總監統一推薦). The information shall include:
        Name
        Email of the contestant
        Club
        Division

The contestant information shall be sent to the following email address by November 14, 2013:
