2013 Spring Conference
in Taichung is around
the corner. Here are
three important things
we would like to remind
you:
2013春季大會在臺中即將到來，這裡有三件事項煩請大家注意:
(A) Shuttle bus接駁車:
On Saturday, April 20th,
the shuttle bus will
start from the HSR
station at
9:00 and
10:30, and leave
朝馬at
9:30 and
11:30
respectively.
四月二十日星期六，接駁車早上9:00及10:30分別由高鐵站發車，9:30及11:00分別從朝馬站發車。
On Sunday, April 21st,
the shuttle bus will
start from the HSR
station at
7:40, and leave朝馬at
8:10.
四月二十一日星期日，接駁車早上7:40由高鐵站發車，8:10從朝馬站發車。

Registration報到註冊:
To save your precious
time, each club will
have one representative
to register. The
representative will have
to sign and write down
his or her mobile phone
number. He or she will
get a big envelope with
all the club members’
conference souvenirs,
manuals, name cards, as
well as meal and snack
coupons.
為了節省您寶貴的時間，報到註冊時，大會紀念品、手冊、名牌、餐券、點心券等相關資料會以「分會」為單位放進同一信封，每個分會請派一個代表報到註冊，簽名並留下聯絡電話後，領取所有相關資料。
(C) The parade of flags
at the opening ceremony大會開幕式的會旗進場
Please remember to bring
the flag of your club,
area, or division with
you. At the opening
ceremony, the host and
the hostess will
introduce the division
governors, area
governors, and club
presidents. You will be
led to the stage with
the flag.
請記得帶著您們各會、各區、各部的旗幟來參加第一天的活動。在開幕式中，主持人會介紹各部總監、區總監及各分會會長，在公關大使的帶領下，你將拿著旗幟進場並上台。
