第十屆第三次理事、監事聯席會議
　 　 　

Dear ExCom Members,
各位敬愛的執委 

I'd like to remind you all to join the 4th ExCom & the 2nd Council meeting in the morning of April 23.

容我在此再次提醒您，請您務必出席將於本週日早上召開之本屆第四次執委會以及第二次代表大會

The 4th ExCom will start at 9a.m. and the 2nd Council meeting will start at 9:30a.m. at Room 101.

第四次執委會將於早上九點準時召開，第二次代表大會將於早上九點卅分準時召開，地點在翔園園區101會議室。 

The registration table will be open at 8:50a.m.. Please don't forget to bring your Credential Certificate/Proxy with you so that you can get the ballot for the Election of District Officers 2006-2007.

簽到處將於早上八時五十分開始作業，請記得攜帶您的選票憑證 / 委託書辦理報到手續，以便換領 2006-7 總會幹部選舉之選票。 

ExCom members will need attend both the ExCom meeting or Council meeting in person, it's not allowed to use the proxy.
執委會會員參加執委會或全國會員代表大會行使執權，皆需親自出席，不得委任他人代為出席。

The proxy is used by the member to represent his/her club President/VPE, in the same club,who will be absent from the council meeting. If the club president or VPE is present by himself/herself, it's unneeded to bring the proxy.
總會此次所發出的委任書，使用時機是當分會會長或教育副會長不克出席時，由同分會會員持委託書代表之。若會長或教育副會長得親自出席，則並不需委託書。

Please also forward this letter to the Club Presidents and EVPs of your Area/Division.
也請您代為將本信轉寄給貴區/部內各分會之會長與教育副會長。
