Candidates must served at least 6 months
as a member of District Council (club president or EVP) 候選人必須擔任至少 6 個月的分會會長或教育副會長以上。 |

| 二、 |
Voting members of Area Council are club
president, EVP and MVP. No other member of Area Council has a vote. Area Council 成員：為該區所有各分會會長、教育副會長以及會員副會長，也就是每分會有三張票，其餘的包括分區總監等，都沒有選票。 |

| 三、 |
After the nominations are closed, if
there is only one candidate, the chairman shall declare that candidate
elected. 該區如果只有一位候選人，且沒有任何當場提名者，則自然當選。 |
|
| 四、 |
If 2 or more candidates are nominated,
each candidate is entitled to a 2 minutes speech. 如果有二位或以上候選人，每人將發表 2 分鐘的競選演說。 |
|
| 五、 |
Each Area Council member may not cast
more 3 votes. Area Council member 每人最多只有擁有包括自己的選票及二張委託票。 |
|
| 六、 |
Area Governor ma act as a club proxy and
may cast up to 3 votes. 分區總監可以為委託書委託人，最多可以擁有三張委託票。 |
|
|
七、 |
In the case of tie, the Area Governor is
entitled to only one additional vote to break the tie. 假如發生同票現象，現任分區總監則可以多投一張票決定。 |
|
|
八、 |
The Area Governor then notify the
election results to District Governor. 然後分區總監將選舉結果，向總會長報告。 |
