BENEFITS: |

| 1. | You will receive basic “ Communication and Leadership Program” manual package（around 6 to 8 weeks after submitting your application form）and the monthly magazine from World Headquarters. | |
| 2. | “Yang Ming Member Reference Guide” is only available to Yang Ming TMC member on your induction date. | |
| 3. | Checklists for club matters are available for members. Don't forget to ask for any missing documents if you wish. | |
| OBLIGATIONS： | ||
| 1. | Support the Club's purposes | |
| 2. | Constructively contribute to its program and activities | |
| 3. | Share your knowledge and experience with fellow members | |
| 4. | Attend meetings regularly | |
| 5. | Prepare fully for each assignment | |
| 6. | Apply yourself to the program outlined in the Toastmasters manuals | |
| 7. | Participate in Club activities | |
| 8. | Evaluate others in a positive, constructive manner | |
| 9. | Build open, friendly relationships with fellow members | |
| 10. | Bring other new members into the Club so they can also gain the benefits of Toastmasters | |
| 11. | You are responsible of helping Sergeant at Arms to clean up the meeting room if you have any assignment for that meeting | |
| 12. | If you are the manual speaker, prepare an extra copy of your script to be filed in Yang Ming TMC Script Library. Bring your manual with you and have your evaluator and VPE to sign for you | |
| 13. | Follow the 1-2-3 step to help building a stronger Yang Ming TMC family： | |
| a. | recruit one member in a year | |
| b. | take one assignment in a month | |

make three phone calls to
your fellow members after the meeting |
