親愛的執委會、代表大會及協會的幹部們大家好，

Enclosed is the agenda for the 3rd ExCom, 2nd Council and 3rd Association joint meeting. Please kindly be reminded of the following matters to ensure the smooth and successful proceeding of the joint meeting in such a tight schedule.
在此附上第三次執委會、第二次代表大會聯合會暨第十七屆第三次理事、監事聯席會議議程。為了讓緊湊的聯合會議程能進行順利成功，請容我們提醒您注意下列事項：

3rd ExCom and 2nd Council Joint Meeting Matters Requiring Attention
第三次執委會及第二次代表大會聯合會注意事項

1. ExCom Members (All District Leaders, Division Governors, and Area Governors)
Please attend the entire joint meeting on Sunday, April 21, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. Since no proxies are allowed for the ExCom meeting, please do remember to show up by yourself.
所有執委會的幹部們(含區總監及以上總會幹部)，請務必參加4月21日(星期日)早上9點至11點50分全程的聯合會。由於執委會沒有委任代理出席制，請記得親自出席。

2. Council Members (Club Presidents and Education VPs)
Please attend the 2nd Council Meeting on Sunday, April 21, from 9:45 a.m. to 11:25 a.m. However, you are also very welcome to join the 3rd ExCom meeting. For those Presidents and EVPs who cannot show up, please do ask one of your active members to attend the meeting and vote with your proxy form.
所有分會長及教育副會長請參加4月21日(星期日)早上9點45分至11點25分的第二次代表大會。然而總會也很歡迎您參加上半段第三次執委會。對於無法出席之分會長及教育副會長，請務必委任貴分會的常態會員，攜帶您的委任書，代理出席。

3. District Officer Elections
District officer elections will be held during the council meeting. It is very important for you to show up and vote for the best candidates for our members island-wide.
由於67區總會幹部選舉將於會員大會間舉行，您的出席，為我們全國會員選出最好的總會幹部是很重要的！！

4. Meeting Quorum
For the ExCom meeting and the Council meeting, we must have a majority quorum to start the meeting, so please try your best to show up. If we cannot have at least one third (1/3) of the ExCom and Council members present (proxies will be counted in), then we will have to call the meetings again at a later date.
我們必須達到執委會及會員大會的會員人數三分之一(委任書也算入出席人數)才得以召開會議，所以懇請各位儘量出席，如果無法達成三分之一，則將需要擇期再召開本會。

5. Association Meeting will be hold from 11:30~11:50. All the Excom members are welcomed to join this meeting. Tim will send you the invitation e-mail soon.
中華民國國際演講協會的第三次理、監事聯席會議將在11點30分到11點50分舉行，歡迎所有執委會的成員留下來參加，協會秘書長王腾旭將會寄送協會理、監事開會通知單給各位理、監事。
